Getting back Up!!

For anyone who is really just down and cannot seem to get back up no matter what!! My recommendation is to just stay in the Bible no matter what.Take time every day to search the scriptures and speak what the Bible says about your situation. I do not think enough can be said about speaking what the Bible says, if more people were doing this I do not believe that there would be the discouragement and weariness found among the body of Christ. Many people probably do think that they are speaking only the word but if they examine their lives and the words they speak most likely they will find that some strongholds in thought patterns and cliches' that are spoken without thought. I know that if we spend time with the Lord and ask Him to show us the words that we need to correct that could be holding us back from the things He has for us He will show us.
